Rita was very helpful, very clear and took me through a number of options re opening a new savings account. She was very polite and smiley, as were her colleagues present also. Linda at the South Wigston branch.

I dealt with Linda at the South Wigston branch. I was opening a cash ISA and my eyesight was impaired as I was recovery from eye surgery. She dealt with me with patience & compassion and made sure I had completed the form with full understanding. Thank you Linda. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

Very pleased, happy to recommend!!

I have always found Hinckley & Rugby Building Society to be very accommodating & their onboarding processing is always very efficient,for example I sent them an email requesting an application form for a new account (via their website),the next day I received the application form and related information in the post,it included a prepaid 1st class envelope which I sent off immediately,the next day I received a courtesy phone call & email from Rebecca Wilson advising that my account had been opened & my passbook would be sent out in today's post..... unbelievable efficiency & great customer service.
