Rita was very helpful, very clear and took me through a number of options re opening a new savings account. She was very polite and smiley, as were her colleagues present also. Called in branch to make a deposit. Was offered advice on both my existing, out of date account and the range of new accounts available. Thought about options and called in next day to open new account. The advisor was very helpful and explained things clearly. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024
