You offer varying savings accounts with different conditions to suit budgeting and short and long term investments, at different interest rates rewarding longer term savings. It’s easy to email for help and even to speak to friendly staff in person! The online access to personal accounts works easily and helps me micromanage my money pots. All the staff in branch were very helpful and polite...

All the staff in branch were very helpful and polite, they helped set up the right saving accounts for myself,my husband and the children. All the details for each account were easy to understand and within a few days the saving books arrived as advised. When you call the H&R you also get to speak to the staff in your branch,which is a rare things these days and reassuring that if you need a question answering, it's done in minutes.
