Diane is absolutely lovely!

Diane is absolutely lovely! She has such a kind and friendly way about her that instantly puts you at ease. Nothing ever feels stressful when she’s around – she explains everything so clearly and makes it all seem so easy. She’s patient, professional, and always happy to help. Opened five children’s accounts.

Opened five children’s accounts. The service was excellent from Beverley at Nuneaton. Very patient and helpful. Though the application forms were poorly thought out and not clear for the type of accounts we were opening. Reviewed on: 29th September 2025
