Efficient But Kind

I arrived at the branch at a apparently busy and they were one member of staff short. Nevertheless I was impressed by the respect and kindness (as usual) I received. Though it was obvious the two ladies were under pressure due to the gathering queue and dealing with my needs as quickly as possible (opening a new savings account), I got no impression that they were impatiently trying to hurry me along - I am 82.
