Opening a new account

The business of opening a new account was smoothly and efficiently dealt with and staff were most helpful in helping fill out the paperwork. As we are fairly elderly ladies they were sensitive enough to move at our pace and speak clearly. the whole process took only 30minutes, a real contrast to trying to open a bank account last year, which took hours and more than one visit to a bank.
