Dont avail any of HSBC service

HSBC is the worst bank that I have ever come across. The credit card department is useless and hopeless. I have logged couple of complaints on 14th Aug and till now (24th Aug) no communication even if I have chased them 6-8 times with 45 mins discussion each time. Every time, I received false commitment from CC folks, their manager and next level manager as well. It such pathetic situation. Purchase Credit Card

If you're looking for a smart financial option, I highly recommend getting a Purchase Plus Credit Card Account. With 20 months of interest-free payments, I was able to book a family vacation for this year's holiday without worrying about paying extra interest rates. Enables students to gain a credit card

Useful in some contexts

Credit card is helpful for unexpected costs that I want a bit more time to pay off, but given the low credit limit it can be more harmful than beneficial, as going above 50% doesn't reflect well on my credit score. Inclined not to use it much, which kind of defeats the point a bit, but it's come in handy at times. Not in love with it, but it does the job to some extent. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
