Useful in some contexts

Credit card is helpful for unexpected costs that I want a bit more time to pay off, but given the low credit limit it can be more harmful than beneficial, as going above 50% doesn't reflect well on my credit score. Inclined not to use it much, which kind of defeats the point a bit, but it's come in handy at times. Not in love with it, but it does the job to some extent. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Alright for students but not amazing

Had some issues with the app's responsiveness, and payments getting rejected even with an arranged overdraft which is odd. The student credit card is nice though it's difficult to stay under 50% of the credit limit, which they don't raise. Had difficulty getting my overdraft limit on the student account raised, even though they claim you can get up to 3000 quid in your 3rd year. It's not my favourite but it does a decent job. Fantastic for smaller businesses

I've only had my business account for the last few months, but already quite happy with it, especially as you can have pots within a business account which makes budgeting internally much easier and feasible. Fantastic experience overall! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Quick and ideal

I had my bank account set up within days, and club lloyds saver not long after. Amazing interest rates (fixed too!) which are accessible for those with lower income. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Incredible for a bank

Monzo stands out to me as one of the best banks in the UK - between having an easily understood app/structure, prompt at responding to customer needs, and their outstanding interest rates on Pots with round-up features, it's definitely a must-have, especially for those looking to keep separate budgets in "pots".
