Great app - makes this a super account

Ok, so they had a software glitch, every bank seems to. But the app here is the stunning feature, linking my ISA and Savings accounts, making transfers abd swift payments a breeze. Branch netwirk is stiill one of the most extensive and a daily charge for overdraft is clear and means I only pay when I really need it. A well-considered and thoughtful product: I am very content with it. Reviewed on: 26th January 2019

Overall no complaints

Overall no complaints. The staff are very friendly and make the effort to know their customers by name. Our branch remains open but with reduced opening hours. These are manageable but hopefully their will be no further cutbacks. Reviewed on: 13th January 2019

Expensive charges from the Horse

Charging everyday for overdraft has become expensive and not cost effective. No special perks from them, all though having been with them for a number of years. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

Extortionate

Overdraft charges are extortionate and their customer services agents seem to have no idea what they are talking about and even contradict themselves in the same sentence! Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

Great improvements made for the customer

Lloyds have done their best to right their previous wrongs against customers and because of this they are now a bank I would recommend. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019
