...and really that’s it. In terms of perks compared to other banks they are fairly week. I have HSBC Advance and the cashback offers are shocking compared to the Lloyds basic account. HSBC offers are often for obscure companies and only available for online purchases, while Lloyd’s has many mainstream companies which you would shop/dine with regularly and can be used in store, the volume of offers is also much better. In terms of functionality no complaints, ease of use is good but compared to other banks out there the 'thank yous' you get in the way of cash back offers are poor. Most if all offers are only if you shop online at obscure retailers or those places you would normally shop instore. Take the likes of Lloyds who do mega amounts of cashback deals on lots of places that you eat and shop regularly, with no requirement that you need to shop online! Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

I'm really impressed with the amount and quality of the cash back offers that the account offer to customers. The providers are highstreet big names that I would shop at normally and now I get a little back into my account. In comparision my wife has an account with HSBC and their cashback providers on the whole are awful, and for providers you would not normally shop with, or you only get cash back if you shop online with companies you are more likely to shop with on the highst...
