Talk to Alison. She knows her subject!

Alison took my call this morning. Thank you for employing such a good knowledgeable communicator. She was clear, concise and handled my rather confused explanation of what I wanted with patience, skill and good humour. To be honest she restored my confidence with telephone banking. Recent dealings with other and larger financial organisations has been immensely unsatisfactory and left me feeling very uncomfortable. As I wrote at the outset Alisons clear diction and ability to rapidly grapple with the nature of my enquiry was both pleasing and reassuring. Full marks to her and your training team. Service was excellent

Service was excellent everything was explained to me so I understood I was got the right savings account for me, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Staff at the Long Eaton Branch are a credit to the Loughborough building society. Recommend this branch to anyone. Reviewed on: 14th November 2025
