I went into Anstey branch as I wanted to swap my account to a fixed rate as I realised I didn't need access to my savings and wanted a better interest rate. Ben was so professional and the process was so quick. I left with time to spare to have a coffee and cake from the cafe next door Reviewed on: 14th August 2026

My wife and I went into the Anstey branch to open an Access x 2 Acc and we got seen by a lovely smiley lady called Chrissy ( I think ) she made our visit so easy quick and simple , will definitely be back when our house has sold to open a fixed bond after she explained the interest rate to us.
