Mutual and local are big plus points. Competitive products are important. As only a sole worker at Southwell this leads to time spent waiting. Maybe more staff. I don't make financial recommendations. Reviewed on: 25th July 2024

Decent regular saver rate and a genuinely great customer service provider. Only criticism: allow customers time to get forms done before phoning to contact about said forms. Reviewed on: 25th July 2024

Helpful service review

Faisapl spoke on phone and made a clear suggestion to come in to review ISAs. Saw Simon who guided us through a full review of all the accounts ts and improved rates of interest and rationalised the number of accounts Reviewed on: 25th July 2024
