Head won over heart

I had been with LV for my car insurance for years They did everything I wanted and was able to match like for like from comparisons sites until last year when they could get nowhere near Admit=ral and so with a heavy heart I switched and have been waiting till my next quote where I can see if I can go back to LV but price is king Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Disappointed

LV were to advise me of claim made against me before considering paying as I was suspicious of the circumstances. They didn't and it was only subsequently I found out that that had paid out thousands without contacting me, and now that claim counts against me! Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Already recommended LV to my extended family

Most reasonable price and best cover

In the age of quickly rising insurance costs, LV remains good value for money and often tops the list of best priced insurance, covering all my needs, when I perform a comparison. They are easy to deal with, make it simple to make policy changes and offer great extras. I would highly recommend them and salute them for resisting the urge to increase prices too much compared to others in this cost of living crisis. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

As good as some, better than most

No-one wants to need insurance but with cars it's a requirement. LV= are, as the title says, as good as many. They are friendly in their communication but, more importantly, competitive in their pricing. So I have stuck with them for about 5 years. I've always 'compared' on renewal. But, honestly. I don't want to find out how good they are when processing a claim. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
