When it comes to renewal, they always quote us a higher amount. But when I go through comparing website, the same company gives a very much lower quote and had to give customer service a call to get the lower amount offered. It's very frustrating they have double standards and try to take a ride of you don't do your due diligence. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Delighted at discount on renewal offer

After working through numerous contrast and compare insurance sites could not find a decent price as was trying to reduce the LV renewal price. So rang LV yo my surprise and utter delight I was offered a reduction on my renewal that brought it in to a very reasonable price. Not only that but the quality of the insurance was outstanding including break down cover etc. Delighted Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
