Tailored home and contents insurance

Filled in questionnaire on what I had to have for building & contents insurance as needed to renew. There were detailed categories of cover, essentials and add ons. Emergency cover, which being on my own, was particularly important was excellent. Legal cover was complimentary. I could adjust my quote by changing my voluntary excess and they beat the other two quotes I’d researched hands down; so as well as good value for money I felt the insurance was well tailored to my nee... Delighted at discount on renewal offer

After working through numerous contrast and compare insurance sites could not find a decent price as was trying to reduce the LV renewal price. So rang LV yo my surprise and utter delight I was offered a reduction on my renewal that brought it in to a very reasonable price. Efficient

Very good customer service for all banking queries eg blocked credit card pin. Banking app is superb for on the hoof payments, emergency cash withdrawal if left debit card at home for eg. Paperless options on statement. Savings tools. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Clear, friendly advice, fantastic value travel insurance

Rang for travel insurance quote having run a great many other insurance providers. I have medical concerns so was finding the whole process time consuming. Insurarang me back promptly, advised me clearly and succinctly, then gave me a quote to fit my requirements.
