The worst customer service I have ever encountered

M&S Bank (actually HSBC) without doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The whole organisation is incompetent and indifferent. Even after they accepted a deal brokered by the Financial Ombudsmen and admitted their errors they are still persuing me for a non existent debt. Great offers

£30 for signing up, £5 for first use, no interest for 19 months (put money you spent into M&S account and earn 6% interest on the regular savings account) - giving money away Reviewed on: 6th May 2016

Great bonuses

Just taken out an M&S Credit Card - got 2000 points (worth £20) for signing up via a M&S advisor, £5 worth of points following first use (spent £1.55 on "reduced to clear" food items), no interest payable for 19 months (just pay "minimum repayment" per month by DD). Only fault - not contactless. Reviewed on: 21st April 2016

great customer service

was charged twice by a hotel in Rome. When I got my statement rang customer services to discuss. Very helpful , said it was the hotels job to prove I had stayed twice. Excellent service all round , would always use this card in future especially abroad. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Great credit card

I have been really happy with this credit card. Every quarter I receive vouchers for the points I have amassed, and also £5 vouchers extra to spend on anything occasionally. There are also mailings of extra point vouchers, and money off vouchers regularly. When I needed to contact the customer service they were excellent. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

I enjoy using my card to get rewards

A rewarding credit card

Great

Their customer service is amazing. Once I accidentally bought the same item twice, so they called me and checked that I had meant to do this and I hadn't so they cancelled the order. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Excellent

They have brilliant customer service. Somebody somehow managed to get my credit card details and tried to buy lots of DVD's with them but M&S recognised that this was not normal for me and blocked it. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

marks and spencer rewards

Really good customer service. I phoned them as a hotel had charged me twice for same night stay. Very quickly resolved. Only had to fill in one form and everything sorted out very quickly. Love getting the reward vouchers through with long expiry dates. Always saved up for christmas. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
