The worst customer service I have ever encountered

M&S Bank (actually HSBC) without doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The whole organisation is incompetent and indifferent. Even after they accepted a deal brokered by the Financial Ombudsmen and admitted their errors they are still persuing me for a non existent debt.
