In spite of your offer to “ leave your telephone number, and we will call you back “ (due to all your lines being busy) , this did not take place, in spite of me waiting at home for this. The passbook thing is totally antiquated.

The passbook thing is totally antiquated. You do realise it's 2024 and we all have the internet these days? Was also impossible to contact anyone on the savings phone number, always rang out then asked me to leave a message (nobody called back) leaving me to have to call a random brach for help (who were very helpful and always got someone else to call me back who were then helpful too) Reviewed on: 10th September 2024

You made an error and told me you had. I thought this was very good. Then you agreed to add my maturing bond interest to my new bond to save me the trouble of receiving a cheque when previously I had requested a cheque. Reviewed on: 6th September 2024
