Always a good experience at Mansfield branch!

Always a good experience when visiting Mansfield branch, very friendly & helpful staff who always make you feel welcome. Have banked with Mansfield Building Society for years, they have some good savings accounts and are very competitive with the bigger banks. Would recommend them to anyone wanting savings accounts or mortgages etc. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

A helpful and friendly person always on the end of the phone. A welcome change from the usual maze when trying to contact financial providers. Staff helped me sort out my finances when I got confused in a really sympathetic way. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
