Scammers!Scammers!!! AVOID!!!!!

Scammers!!! AVOID!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the misleading tactics of this company. I signed up for their credit card, which was advertised as offering 0% interest on purchases for 21 months. However, after just 60 days, I started being charged interest on my purchases. When I contacted customer service for clarification, they informed me that the 0% interest rate only applied to purchases made within the first 60 days. Any purchases made after that would be subject to interest, which was never clearly communicated to me. This is deceptive and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. They are not transparent about their terms, and it’s very easy to get caught out by these hidden conditions. I would strongly advise avoiding this company and their credit products at all costs. Excellent service

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOYALTY

I have used these credit cards for most of my adult life ad my only credit cards and usually spend alot. Have nit had to call them in the past as I use my card and pay the bill via direct debit with no issues. One time I have an issue with an accidental fee and they are umable to help whatsoever. They charge ridiculous fees and have no loyalty back for their loyal customers. There are much better credit card companies out there. Suggest no-one uses them! Reviewed on: 9th July 2018
