Terrible customer service!

Beware of terrible customer services Beware! Shocking customer service. Been on the phone for 1hour 40 mins passed between 3 members of staff! Cant take my payment tried 3 times and left on hold for way too long. When passed to customer services told they are sorting out their problem told to hold for a couple of minutes then left waiting for a further 30 mins when the next advisor picks up the call knows nothing about my case. The worst customer services I have experienced. Typical of the Royal bank of Scotland. Same terrible service as Natwest bank, no surprises they are the same company. Scamster Scumbags

They double charged me for 5000$. They have taken money from my bank and have still reported for late payment. Their phone number has changed and they havent even updated their website. Name one serious bank who would do that. I had to call 8010 to get their actual number. They have no physical presence. The agents that talk to you on phone are scumbags who would be serving prison sentence if unprofessionalism were a claim. You have all red flags of a filthy business with mal-intentions. Closed my account after I payed my balance in full

This card company decided to close my account without any warning and sited my credit report as the reason. I have a score over 750... they only want customers who pay minimum payments. Reviewed on: 6th March 2023

Good credit card

Balance Transfer
