Wonderful until a problem

Recovering account is not smooth if one piece of info is forgotten. Despite having fingerprint recognition set, unlike Tandem it can't be recovered by face recognition video. Five star until now. Staff seem to only suggest i hard close. Now I'm stuck waiting for them to open again. Reviewed on: 15th December 2022

Has an easy to use app with good functionality

I can't provide a rating for customer service as I have never needed to use this. Mettle as an app is easy to use, and I like having the ability to categorise the transactions. As I am only starting out in this business I haven't had to use the full functionality that is available but appreciate that there is more that I could be using. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Mettle banking - business banking is very easy

Mettle banking is very easy to use and we get quick customer help whenever u get stuck. Response time is unmatchable and have lot of different features where we can allocate money for different business purpose. Tags are very useful and calculate for final statement . A must for self employed.

A must for self employed. Having sold a business and setup as a consultant, Mettle and FreeAgent have been fundamental in being able to set everything up and run my self employed business to the same standard I ran a 14 person business with staff.
