Excellent service experienced from MBS Advisor.

Got in touch to renegotiate my mortgage which ends shortly and promptly arranged telephone appointments for next week. I spoke to Mr Wayne Donovan at the Newport office who was most helpful, polite and courteous. Our conversation was followed up promptly with information on what to expect during my future meeting and relevant information l would require to have at hand. Excellent service from start to finish

Leon has always been amazing.

Leon has always been amazing. He has been my mortgage advisor for over 10 years now. And probably the main reason I have not shopped around! He is very calming and knowledgeable, which has helped when I was inexperienced with mortgages. Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Mortgage Renewal

Having come to an end of my mortgage term I contacted the society for options. I had previously received advice from Ollie (Taki) 2 years ago when renewing my mortgage switch, so requested to speak with him. Straight away he remembered me, and took time in listening to my needs again. We discussed my options and he gave me all the options available, but most of all he listened to me and understood my needs without giving any hard sell. Additional Mortgage

The mortgage advisor Michelle Groves was very good and efficient. We had to wait a few weeks before she could hold the meeting with us. However she had done a very good job in getting all the information and documentation needed prior to the meeting, So we received our mortgage offer within two weeks of the meeting which was excellent. Re-mortgage due to fixed term ending.

Recently re-mortgage due to fixed term ending and requested an advisor for advice. Anita Morgan was assigned, and I couldn't have asked for a better advisor.
