New customer experience- Cardiff Branch

I visited the Cardiff Branch on Queen Street and they arranged an appointment for me with Annie to open an instant saver account. As a new customer to Monmouthshire Building Society, I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service I received. All staff were professional and very knowledgeable and the process from start to end was seamless. Special mention must go to Annie and Cathy. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

Sally and the Cardiff Branch team .

Sally and her team at the Cardiff branch are amazing. Karen helped me today, and as with all the team members the service and assistance is always on point and great.
