I like the friendly, local place, it's convenient. You could improve as there is no complaints system with a follow-up, it's taken 2 weeks to determine if a cheque eas cashed and at least 3 telephone calls/3 personal visits too. The Monmouthshire Building Society had the cheque in their possession from 21/09/23 and I have a letter from my bank saying it hadn't been paid into my account. It's really upset me. Agency available to go into. Fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable staff at the Clevedon agency. Competitive interest rate rivalling Coventry and Yorkshire. Reviewed on: 9th January 2025

It's the personal touch. I have been a client for a while and Sarah has supported me through ill health, the loss of my husband and is always there to talk to and is a friendly face. I couldn't do it without her. Reviewed on: 7th January 2025
