Savings options

Their savings options are great because they have quite a high interest rate! However I don’t like how it can take some time for money to go in on a Friday because sometimes it doesn’t go in until the next working day, which can be stressful. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Smart app, excellent customer service

I've been with Monzo for quite a while now and in that time I've found that the app itself has gone from strength to strength. It's well designed and easy to use and I really appreciate being able to link other accounts (as well as my mortgage) so I can see all of my information in one place. More generally, whenever I've had to speak to someone at Monzo, the customer service has always been exceptional. I always think of dealing with banking stuff as a real hassle but genuinely Monzo make it a painless experience. It's also incredibly helpful being knowing I have a card I can rely on when I'm abroad too. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Helping me save money!

I find Monzo really easy to navigate, I started off using it just on holiday because you don’t need to pay fees however I use it daily now and wouldn’t go back. It’s helping me save money aswell as I’m using the savings pots and joined the 1p challenge. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025
