Smart app, excellent customer service

I've been with Monzo for quite a while now and in that time I've found that the app itself has gone from strength to strength. It's well designed and easy to use and I really appreciate being able to link other accounts (as well as my mortgage) so I can see all of my information in one place. More generally, whenever I've had to speak to someone at Monzo, the customer service has always been exceptional. I always think of dealing with banking stuff as a real hassle but genuinely Monzo make it a painless experience. It's also incredibly helpful being knowing I have a card I can rely on when I'm abroad too. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025
