Monzo, the game changer of banking. Although, they’re just as rigid as the “legacy” banks they like to complain about, and more so in some aspects. Great app, ok support. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

easy app to navigate with really helpful and quick customer service that runs in the app ( no having to call and sit on hold for hours). Great when traveling abroad too. Use as my main bank account and couldnt fault my Monzo experience at all. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

Customer service is as bad as it can get

Horrible support to customers. It's always generic answers and they barely provide any resolution in time. Going back to my traditional bank account. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

Genuinely modern banking tech. Always banked with Halifax and barclays and Monzo is such a breeze in comparison. Easy to use apps, flexible finance options, easy to use abroad. Good savings rates. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025
