Great Bank

Love Monzo!

Before using Monzo I'd never really considered that my previous banking app was lacking - I was so wrong. I love the instantaneous balance updates, the money pots are great, as are the spending projections and the travel money feature. Reviewed on: 30th November 2018

A current which is moving with the times!

Since the launch of the current account, Monzo has been developing and implementing create features such as savings pots that roundup spending when using the Monzo card etc. The bank is also transparent about pricing as well as keeping customers up to date on what features it is developing for the near future. Customer service has been great, albeit they do take slightly longer to respond but I assume that is largely down to taking on a large number of new customers in a short space of time. Amazing Bank!

Best bank I've ever used

Monzo are the best bank I've ever used. Their customer support is top notch, the app is well thought out and very responsive. They listen to customer feedback and implement new features regularly that put other Banks to shame. It's weird how all the old legacy Banks are just now implementing features monzo have had for ages in an attempt to keep their customers! Reviewed on: 27th November 2018

Like a high street bank, but way easier

The range of products and savings accounts may not be quite the same level yet, but the customer service is incredible and everything is instant. I've fully moved over from Lloyds to Monzo for day to day banking, just keeping my heritage account open for the benefits Reviewed on: 26th November 2018
