I have a standard account with Monzo.

I have a standard account with Monzo. I don’t pay for any extras and I find it really easy to use. I like how easy and simple the layout is, and being able to quickly transfer money and just being able to move your money around so easy. It’s so simple to pay other people as well, and I really like the “pots” feature. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. No updates to fraud enquiry in over a month and support staff send a consistent stream of copy and paste answers with no further information and full of patronising words and emojis. Impossible to speak to someone who can actually help. Reviewed on: 27th May 2024

Inability to easily reach customers service

Couple weeks ago my card was stolen and money taken from my account to purchase items I did not initiate. I have never been so frustrated especially trying to get in contact with its customer service. Almost like monzo is not interested in engaging with the customers no matter the issue. Monzo has quite literally changed my financial life.

Monzo has quite literally changed my financial life. There just aren’t enough good things I can say about it. It’s banking as it should be. Easy, convenient, with help when I need it. The pots function, the kerching noise, the unique card, the analysis. I love it all. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

It is very user friendly.

It is very user friendly. The online banking gives a satisfactory experience to the users. We can generate personalised statement whenever we want giving the users ultimate control on their accounts.
