Going potty for pots!

Initially I held a business bank account with Monzo, and then a few months ago I also applied for a personal account. I wish I'd done so sooner; this bank account is so user-friendly. Being able to set up pots for various payments makes life so much easier and I can now ensure enough money is set aside for direct debits at all times. I really like how the account data is displayed and switching between the personal and business account is super easy too. Great product which I can see myself doing most of my banking through. Frozen my card for no reason.

Frozen my card for no reason.. waited and still waiting since a week… have no access to my money. I asked then if they needed anything from my side and they kept saying jt was with specialist team.. i have bills to pay i am struggling financially to get access to my own money.
