Slick, easy to use, well featured, transparent

I've never had a banking experience like that with Monzo. Even with the unpaid account, the ability to move money into pots so easily massively helps with my budgeting. The app is easy to use, and on the rare occasions I've had to use the customer service, it's always been prompt and helpful. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Banking for today

I recommend Monzo because they are constantly evolving and are built with new technology at the core, meaning I get the most up-to-date banking tools without a long wait. Help is always a quick chat away and it's rare that I have any banking problems, as the app and services are all so smooth and fast. Most flexible bank ever

I have been a customer of Monzo for over a year. It has been the easiest banking experience I have ever had from communicating about a suspect payment to general day to day banking. Going full Monzo

Great service

Easy to set up and user friendly

The monzo experience from day one has been easy and user friendly. The App has allowed me to better save and control my spending. Sending and receiving money is easy. It is the best banking system I have ever used. I have had 3 other banks prior to this and left each due to troubles with technical issues and poor customer services.
