Once a pioneer, now in with the crowd... still good

I moved my 'spending' money into Monzo from my main NatWest account as it had loads more functionality. Market leader in sending payments, splitting bills, paying abroad etc. unfortunately not much newness has happened (relevant to me) and all the other banks have caught up and copied Monzo. So great, but no longer a pioneer in my eyes and part of the crowd now. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Great digital banking

I have been with Monzo for about 4 or 5 years. Customer service was good when I needed to contact them, polite and helpful. Their app is very easy to use, they are always imroving it and ask for recommendatins from customers on how to improve. Credit card called Flex with the option of 3 months interest free or spread payments over 12 months. Interest rates are very fair. Have recommended this bank in the past and would do so again. a next-level bank...

Monzo is a next-level bank, easy to navigate and their customer service is excellent. The key features easily accessible, and in addition to often being the first to introduce new features and services, they actively engage their customer based. Confident and happy long term current account client

I've been a Monzo customer for many years and I'm happy to see them grow while maintaining a strong customer driven approach. From very valuable app improvements to new products, I've not felt the need to move away from them and have felt confident in keeping and growing my hard-earned with them. Intuitive and fun to use!

Monzo is so easy to set up, and its platform is so intuitive and easy to use! It's not clunky and it's not boring to look at either - they've somehow made banking more enjoyable. Almost everything can be handled via the app which is great because waiting for ages on hold is not ideal. Reviewed on: 18th April 2024
