Great digital banking

I have been with Monzo for about 4 or 5 years. Customer service was good when I needed to contact them, polite and helpful. Their app is very easy to use, they are always imroving it and ask for recommendatins from customers on how to improve. Credit card called Flex with the option of 3 months interest free or spread payments over 12 months. Interest rates are very fair. Have recommended this bank in the past and would do so again. Monzo is a next-level bank, easy to navigate and their customer service is excellent. The key features easily accessible, and in addition to often being the first to introduce new features and services, they actively engage their customer based. I've been a Monzo customer for many years and I'm happy to see them grow while maintaining a strong customer driven approach. Intuitive and fun to use!

Monzo is so easy to set up, and its platform is so intuitive and easy to use! It's not clunky and it's not boring to look at either - they've somehow made banking more enjoyable. Almost everything can be handled via the app which is great because waiting for ages on hold is not ideal. Reviewed on: 18th April 2024
