Great digital banking

I have been with Monzo for about 4 or 5 years. Customer service was good when I needed to contact them, polite and helpful. Their app is very easy to use, they are always imroving it and ask for recommendatins from customers on how to improve. Credit card called Flex with the option of 3 months interest free or spread payments over 12 months. Interest rates are very fair. Have recommended this bank in the past and would do so again. Trust worthy, friendly company.

Applied for a loan and was a very easy application,as in not too complicated. Customer service kept me informed each step of the way. Once approved the loan was paid into my bank very quickly. No extortionate fee's unlike some companies. I would definitely use again and recommend. Reviewed on: 21st April 2024
