Monzo is a good banking system and I am enjoying it I had a very bad experience with an authorised actions on My Monzo MasterCard, but it was all sorted out now. One love bless. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Monzo - simply the best!

Monzo are just the most innovative and customer-focused bank brand I've ever been a part of. I originally joined back in beta testing (at the recommendation of some friends), to use on girls trip - as they were the only ones (at the time) with the ability to instantly calculate exchange rates and let you choose which currency to pay for goods in. I've since migrated more and more from my existing 'mainstream' bank accounts, and just love every new feature Monzo releases - from pots to the 1p saving challenge, the general usability of the app, and everything in between! The categorisation of expenditure and budget planning is brilliant - and I'm still only on the basic current account, so it's all just built-in functionality, not only paid-for features. Love the simplicity of the App.

Top choice for new arrivals in the UK

When I first arrived in the country, no one wanted to open a bank account with me and that's where Monzo stepped up. It was so easy to set up a current account as a new immigrant in the UK and this is a massive selling point for their products. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
