Monzo is a good banking system and I am enjoying it I had a very bad experience with an authorised actions on My Monzo MasterCard, but it was all sorted out now. One love bless. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Hidden dynamic currency conversion in Jordan

Monzo will show your ATM withdrawals in USD, not JD, at an unfavourable exchange rate. This does not happen with my other UK debit cards. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2017

Pre paid card only

Only used the lee paid card so far but it works really well. The app is great and sets the standard for other banks to follow. Looking forward to the current account Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Can't live without it !!!

Perfect for my month to month budget. When it's gone it's gone. Saves me from over spending, check balance and you know what you have left. Have introduced 4 friends to this now, perfect !!!! Reviewed on: 16th August 2017

A simple stylish way of managing my money

I was introduced to Monzo by a friend and I can't thank her enough for it. Monzo has brought banking bang upto date and which is as refreshing as it sounds. Modern Banking fit for the 21st Century.

OK, there not a bank yet, but Monzo has become my default card for spending. I load it with money when I am paid, so I know this money is separate and for spending. The spending Analytics are very good, it helps you keep track of what your spending and where in real time. There are also currently no FX fees so this card is good for spending of non-GBP websites. I like the fact that I get a notification everytime I spend on the card which helps me feel safe and secure knowing where my money is at all times. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2017

Revolutionary

I've been dissatisfied with my bank for a number of years, but Monzo fits the bill. Great app, so quick to open and receive my card, and I love the in-app budgeting and spending analysis. It's the future, now! Reviewed on: 28th February 2017

Great idea and on the right path but still a lot of things to do

It is so far the best prepaid card I've had Nice app and charts, quick system for top ups... The are a new company with great ideas but still lot's of things to implement and improve (Android is also behind iOS) Keen to see new updates and services this 2017 Reviewed on: 25th January 2017
