Love the Monzo app and its interface, super user friendly UI and ease of use. Great for moving money around and splitting bills with friends and family. Love the features it has for gambling controls (blocks) etc as well as the speed it takes to transfer between accounts. 10/10 Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

It's a very good bank. The app is so easy to use an there are customer service team on hand whenever you need them. Roughly an hours wait for someone to contact you back but when you've got them they don't leave until your problem is fixed. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Absolutely love Monzo!

Absolutely love Monzo! Moved from a traditional bank to Monzo and I can say it’s been brilliant! The way Monzo work overall, right down to the cashback offers, higher interest savings and investing options, split tabs, money Pots, and Flex, Monzo has provided the services of multiple banks rolled into one! I love it.

I love it. I love how you can create small little pots for your money, very helpful. I love the Monzo flex account also as it is so easy to pay back and means you aren’t stuck to living paycheck to paycheck. Would recommend to anyone who loves organisation! Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Their current account allows you to take part in savings challenges, view your credit score, add non-Monzo accounts, view upcoming bills etc. This helps people be smarter with their money and empowers them to take responsibility for their spending.
