A stunning product and outstanding customer service!

I recommend Monzo's current account to anyone that comments on my (fabulous) coral-pink card, or that compliments their excellent spending dashboard app. They are a company that listens to their customers, and know what their customers want as a result. I have found it much easier to manage my spending using their app than I ever did with previous account providers, and I think that is because Monzo are focused exclusively on getting their current account right! Great app functions, ever evolving user interface, very helpful financial advice tools like credit score enhancement tips and more. I particularly like the Monzo Max benefits as well as the virtual cards. With virtual cards, I can plan my spending in categories and spend with confidence. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

The best bank around with a great brand identity

Game changer for ADHD financial control

The app is fantastic with so many useful features- especially for an ADHDer like me. Since switching my current account to Monzo I have been in much better control of my finances and been making it through to the end of the month for the first time in my adult life! A modern day, easy to use and fun bank!

I moved away from a bank I’d been with for over ten years because I wasn’t getting great service with them. Monzo blew me away with how amazing their bank is once I opened my account! The features are so modern and it makes me feel like my bank and money are very secure. The well designed app and getting my wages a day earlier are other great perks that I never had with my previous bank. Since joining Monzo, my husband has also moved to them and we’ve opened our joint account too. It’s been the best move for our finances. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
