The new standard

Having dotted between a number of current accounts, Monzo is really changing the game. Everything about it is better, easier, faster, more convenient. Forget your pin; they’ll remind you within minutes; need to send money - no such thing as a card reader; want to remember where you spent that money? - find out your exact geographical location. Who else does all that? Certainly not the dinosaur banks. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

Awesome current account

Monzo has become my sole current account provider thanks to being super transparent, refreshingly conversational and personal rather than an old fashioned corporate stuffy bank. The app is extremely easy to use with amazing innovations that other now emulate. Have already had 5 other people sign up following my recommendation and they haven't looked back since. Customer service is always speedy, they’re always taking on customer feedback, and they talk to you like you’re a person rather than hiding behind jargon. The sheer number of features added this year has been incredible, too Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

Good, but not good enough

Fantastic idea but very poor execution. Company is now backing out of its previous promises about having no silly charges and keeps removing features that made Monzo... Monzo. Customer service takes very long time to respond and it feels like Monzo is going down. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018
