Refreshingly good banking experience

Great app, low fees, open and honest about where they charge you money. Only problem I've faced is that you cannot yet reliably receive international transfers. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Friendly and so efficient

Due to there immediate alerts on spending , I was able to get a refund from a company who’s web site was tricking and misleading , they had taken an additional £95.00 along side the agreed amount of a one off £3.95. Using there chat with us button !!! , I was able to cancel the £95.00 monthly subscription right away and get a refund , Because the team at Monzo we’re able to guide me through the process. It was not easy but , The staff on the Monzo chat explained everything clearly guiding me through the process quickly and efficiently , explaining everything clearly to me so I understood it , They were friendly and supportive throughout . This was on a Sunday And sorted on the Sunday , all done by there chat page . Brilliant Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Visibility, control and a human touch

Since joining Monzo, I’ve had far more visibility over my money and actually been able to save properly for the first time. My partner and I have a joint account and it makes managing our finances far easier. Support (when I’ve used it) has been generally great too, the ability to chat to someone in the app is really handy. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Great account

This is the best bank I have ever been with. It has so many useful tools and its notifications are brilliant. It shows you every time your card is used and adds up for you how much you ve spent that day so you never overspend because your not sure how much you ve spent on your card. You can get paid a day early and I had a problem where sainsburys had charged me twice and they refunded my money back into my account immediately I didn't have to wait while they 'investigated it' . So far everything about this bank has been above and beyond what I've recieved from other accounts. I love my monzo account. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

No hassle bank account!

Just so simple to use and no hassle. Banking with other more traditional banks was always so cumbersome, with Monzo I can do all my personal banking on my 5 minute walk to work! Reviewed on: 4th February 2020
