The future of banking!

The Full Monzo

The whole family have moved to Monzo now. The kids can buy groceries and just split the bill 100% to the parents. Pocket money etc. Goes straight into their Monzo account. Use it all the time abroad. Me paying the bill and splitting between friends. Reviewed on: 12th November 2018

Banking for the next generation

Monzo has given me a much better understanding of my monthly spending, it lets me know how much I actually have to spend after subscriptions/rent have gone out and the instance notifications and readable transactions kept spending under control. Amazing Customer Service

Monzo has the best customer service team of any bank I have ever seen. A really down to earth team who simply have a pleasant chat with you while they efficiently deal with your issues. Plus, being able to contact support directly through the app rather than having to go out to a website or into a branch is definitely a big plus to me. Reviewed on: 12th November 2018

Convenient and refreshing

Great app to check and manage spending, automatically collecting spare change quick and easy to send money to other users and banks. One of the first banks to bring out the instant freeze and unfreeze card options. Instant customer service via IM. No waiting on the phone for hours to speak to foreign contact centres. However there is no easy way to deposit cash right now and their overdraft appears overpriced. Reviewed on: 12th November 2018
