A Role Model for Modern Digital Banking

I have been concerned as I have watched more and more high street UK Banks close branch after branch as at that time, a few years back I had little faith in Online Banking. I have used RBS, Clydesdale, HSBC and TSB over the years and it felt as it they were feeling their way in this new style market. From the moment I opened my Monzo account it began to restore my faith in how Digital Online Banking should operate. From the security and confirming ID to the simple setting up of my account and switching all DDI's and Standing Orders it was efficiently dealt with. I recall only one problem and their online help could have not been better, I had no fewer than 4 of Monzo's Customer Representatives contact me to ensure that all was fixed to my satisfactory. Each time I was getting to someone, who knew exactly how the situation was to be rectified and in no time at all. Monzo have made it a pleasure to Bank Online and I would have no problem in recommending their fantastic services to anyone unhappy with their current banking facility.
