Building society for life

I opened my first nationwide young savers account when I was 11! Since then I've upgraded my account but Nationwide adapted with my changing financial needs so I've never needed to find another bank. There's always a friendly greeting at the entrance of my local branch and someone around to help (with the patience of a saint to help me work out those self service machines!) I've always felt fully informed of their financial products, they seem transparent and I've never felt pushed into buying a product that I don't need. Overall very good! I was changing current account from different bank.

I was changing current account from different bank. Hadn’t any problems to make new with this bank. Always in touch with client showing small adverts or reminders in phone app. Reminding when is not enough money on account to cover payment eg. DD, which giving time to pay same day . I’ve been with Nationwide for a while now, and I can honestly say their service has been outstanding. Whether it’s their banking services or customer support, they always provide reliable and efficient assistance. The mobile app is easy to use, making it simple to manage my finances on the go. I also appreciate their competitive rates and the added benefits of being a member. Whenever I’ve had questions or issues, their customer service team has been helpful and professional.
