Building society for life

I opened my first nationwide young savers account when I was 11! Since then I've upgraded my account but Nationwide adapted with my changing financial needs so I've never needed to find another bank. There's always a friendly greeting at the entrance of my local branch and someone around to help (with the patience of a saint to help me work out those self service machines!) I've always felt fully informed of their financial products, they seem transparent and I've never felt pushed into buying a product that I don't need. Overall very good!
