I’ve been with Nationwide for a while now, and I can honestly say their service has been outstanding. Whether it’s their banking services or customer support, they always provide reliable and efficient assistance. The mobile app is easy to use, making it simple to manage my finances on the go. I also appreciate their competitive rates and the added benefits of being a member. Whenever I’ve had questions or issues, their customer service team has been helpful and professional. The customer service is amazing, the app is easy to use and has great features (including a map attached to each payment so you can see exactly where your money went). I have never had a problem with this bank. I also get monthly interest and a yearly bonus. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Gave me 50quid just for loyalty.

Received an email a week ago from Nationwide stating they will give me £50 just for being a loyal customer. No other bank has done this in the history of me banking! Thank you for your generosity. They have improved the simplicity of their security system a lot, and there is much less need for that stupid log in machine, so much more convenient to bank with them nowadays. I orginally signed up because of other perks they were handing out many years ago. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

The app is easy to use plus it was easy to open the account. It's really helpful to access a branch when I need coins and I love the ownership structure, Big Nationwide Thank You, etc. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

They offer bonuses to customers and are soon to give £50 to customers. They also just picked up a possible fraudulent transaction, are issuing a new card and claiming the transaction back, all before we had even noticed. Reviewed on: 16th March 2025

amazing staff

after visiting my branch to sort a problem out concerning a missing payment for a direct debit to another bank, the two staff members who helped me, Kaisha and Victoria were excellent, professional, friendly and also went above and beyond with the service provided, another reason I have banked with the nationwide for 30 years, amazing staff.
