Fantastic!

The customer service is amazing, the app is easy to use and has great features (including a map attached to each payment so you can see exactly where your money went). I have never had a problem with this bank. I also get monthly interest and a yearly bonus. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

I changed my bank after spending over 25 years with HSBC (Midlands Bank) and have never looked back, they are always so helpful when I ring. The cashback is very reliable and they check unusual purchases promptly Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019
