Do not take out insurance with this bank...

Pity

The staff were great. The computer system was not thought out well. Over complicated and verbose The actual policy is excellent Reviewed on: 3rd December 2023

Poor

Have flex plus travel insurance. Flights got delayed and missed our international flights. There was 8 of us going, and all other banks insurance (4 different companies) paid out except nationwide. Theres a lot of smallprint they hide behind and customer service is poor Reviewed on: 7th November 2023
