ignored my problem when I was abroad

Useless company

I lost my phones and i tried to use my insurance, in the beginning they told me its gonna take 4 days and i was happy but after i send them the documents they told me there is no time limit for responding to your claim for lost!!!! So thats mean it may take month or more they replay back!?!?!?! Im looking to buy new phone.... Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022

Banking app quite annoying

Great service

I have banked with nationwide all my life since I was young when I had a children’s saving account. I decided to upgrade to the flex plus account as I wanted to benefit from the features of the account. I have had to use the breakdown cover a couple of times. They always provide a 5 star service. I wouldn’t take my finances anywhere else. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022
