6 1/h hours waiting for repatriation!

I broke down in france in June 2022 after a loom fire on my motorcycle. Waited 6 1/2 hours after the first recovery failed to find me in the services! Ho hard can it be! The bike was taken to a local garage where I assumed it wilould be fixed, the driver spoke no English and I received no calls from my breakdown company giving me any updates to the repair. After numerous calls I was told that I need to go through my insurance company, I stayed in hotel for 2 nights waiting to see if my bike would be repaired but the garage never even touched it! I received no help or onward travel and I am still chasing them for the hotel expenses! On this occasion I felt very let down by a incompetent service with no support. No I would not recommend. You get what you pay for!

Left for almost 7 hours at a service station in France, had to wait up to 30 mins each time to speak to a representative, and a different person each time. I was not told where the bike was being taken and received no further correspondence from them until I got back to UK. I have to say I definitely would not recommend.! Reviewed on: 9th July 2022
